Individuals with disabilities and their families
often face situations where the home they live in no longer
“works” for them, or in some cases because of
accidents they need to make a sudden and drastic change in
the place where they live. RRI can assist by evaluating the
specific needs of the individual as it relates to housing
and develop a plan to meet those needs.

Frequently, by simply making a visit to the home we can determine
the feasibility of “retrofitting” it to accommodate
the physical needs of the individual. Once a determination
has been made about renovating an existing home or building
new, RRI can act as construction manager for the work to be
completed.

We can, as a part of our mission,
also offer ownership and management of the properties providing
security to the family for the long term planning of their
loved one's care.

RRI can offer consultation to those individuals and their
families who want to own their own home by providing expert
guidance in all phases of a real estate transaction. We also
welcome the opportunity to work with independent case managers
in their work with families to provide solutions to various
housing needs.
