Since Residential Resources, Inc. began operations in 1988 we have partnered with agencies that contract with Allegheny County Department of Human Services and provided them with housing services including property search, acquisition, long-term leasing, and management. RRI understands the needs of the agencies such as licensing and inspections, special adaptations, meeting time lines to open houses, and zoning issues. RRI remains committed to providing these services and looks forward to working with our long-standing partner agencies as well as new agencies.
With changing times in the human services system environment we recognize the need to change with our partnering agencies. Consequently, RRI is taking a new strategic direction by "unbundling" our real estate services and offering them in whatever manner serves the needs of our customers. We encourage our tenant agencies to consider RRI for capital improvements, C-1, 2, 3 modifications, accessible renovations, and technical assistance for housing related matters. We would also offer a "turnkey" approach to any agency that wants to own and renovate their own building but does not have the time and/or expertise to do so.
